Start-up loan from highstreet banks for a overseas business

Hi all
I am from London and a start up and looking to start a business establishment that operates overseas (Outside EU). I am thinking of applying for a business loan from high street banks but unsure if they are willing to be involved in a business that primarily operates outside of UK.
On top of that, I have a low credit history (rated 1/5 noddle.co.uk), I don't own a home or a decent car that I can put up as a security so my question is, am I doomed?
