Vendors have finally found somewhere! Yippeeee!!!!

I just called the EA to find out how the vendor was getting and and after 13wks finally they have found a place whereby offer has been accpeted.

I'm trying to find out now what kind of chain above there is now.

There were some damp issues so going to get independent damp specialist in to look at it so I know how much it'll cost me, might try negotiate price too if its major.

Will also instruct solicitor once that's been done as need clarity on who is reposnbile for what given that its a two flat victorian house whereby both vendors each own part of the freehold which I downloaded from land registry. There were some critical bits on communal areas so hoping EA can help!

Anything else you think I should do?
