in Credit cards
I am not sure if i have come to the right forum for this, but here goes.
I have booked a long weekend in Paris coinciding with a concert starting the 12th of June, so hotel is booked < holiday inn > and flights <flybe > and also the concert in which tickets were booked through a french ticket agency.
Unfortuately my wife is currently in hospital after recieving unxpected major surgery and will not now be in a position to go. My sister in law did state that i could claim the money back from the credit card companies, would anybody know if that is correct.
I do not have any insurance for these credit card comapnies.

Do you have any travel insurance? That's probably the place to look first.

You should have travel insurance which would deal with this. I think the credit card refund is only if you have not received your goods and \ or services0

Tell your sister in law that she is mistaken with regard to what can and what cannot be claimed from a CC company:
