Milton Keynes - Travel/Cost/Theatre

Hi All,

There is a show on in October that I want to take the wife to in Milton Keynes.

I've tried looking on the MK website, but I'm struggling to find the information I need.

I'm looking to make a day of it, and wanted to know if that is possible - my first choice was going to London for the day, but unfortunately the show is not on in London during the dates that I can go.

So, is it possible to travel there/back in a day (I'm coming from Norfolk). Is there ample parking and are the prices reasonable?
Are there other things to see/do around Milton Keynes such as restaurants etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

    Hi

There are lots of restaurants next to the theatre and also a big shopping centre.
There is plenty of parking and if its after 6pm its free :j

Its a bit of a trek depending where you are coming from in Norfolk(done the trip many times from Norwich)

Over 100miles and 2hr+ unless you get a good run which at night you should be OK

Look out for deal in the main hotels, premier inns at £30 probably find something cheaper if you have a date range to chose from.

Edit forgot go the Bedford route

There are £29 Premier Inn rooms in the Milton keynes hotels currently for October dates so might be worth considering these to save the 4 hour drive to Norfolk and back on the day.
