Terms and Conditions.

1. The prize is a trip to Australia for a family of four comprising of 2 Adults over 18 and 2 Children under 18. Prize comprises the following:
   • Return economy flights to Sydney from London Heathrow via Dubai on a Qantas operated and marketed flight. (taxes and charges included);
   • Return private transfers from Sydney airport to hotel;
   • 5 nights’ accommodation at a 4 star hotel in Sydney (includes breakfast for two adults and two children, family room or two twin rooms with ensuite);
   • Visit to Taronga Zoo and Wildlife Experience including behind-the-scenes experience, and a guided tour;
   • Private surfing lesson for two adults and two children including equipment and tuition (children must be aged 7 or over; participants must be able to swim and reasonably confident in the sea, lessons will be approximately 1 hour long, lessons may be rescheduled if scheduled within 72 hours of significant rain);
   • Travel insurance (subject to providers standard terms and conditions, pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered);
   • Return Qantas or Jetstar Economy flights to Great Barrier Reef Airport from Sydney;
   • 5 nights’ accommodation at One&Only Hayman Island based on two adults over 18 and two children under 18 sharing a Hayman Family Room (two interconnecting guest rooms) with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis, including return luxury launch transfers from Great Barrier Reef airport to the resort. A valid credit card will be required upon check-in at the resort for all incidental charges.
2. The prize does not include: UK transfers or passports; meals (other than as stated); taxes not included in the price of the ticket; ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each prize winner and companion. Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ General Conditions of Carriage, available at qantas.com.
3. Visas will be arranged by NDL through the Australian Embassy for UK Residents only. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the visa requirements of Australia. Approval is at the discretion of the Australian Embassy and NDL Group and Qantas cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
4. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
5. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize- winner and companions. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ General Conditions of Carriage.
6. The winner and their companions must travel and stay together on prize flights and accommodation. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Prize travel must be booked and ticketed by 30 July 2014. The prize is valid from 2 July 2014 to 30 June 2015. Prize travel must be completed during this time or it will be forfeited.
7. Travel dates excluded as follows:
   1 – 24 July 2014
   25 August 2014 UK Summer bank holiday
   15 – 17 September 2014
   7 – 9 October 2014
   1 - 31 December 2014
   1 – 31 January 2015
   13 – 16 February 2015
   27 March – 27 April 20154 May Monday UK Early May bank holiday
   25 May Monday UK Spring bank holiday
8. Trip must include a Saturday night stay in Sydney. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued.
9. The winner and their companions will not accrue Qantas Points on the prize travel or accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.
10. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
11. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
12. The winner will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address provided at the time of entry by 10 June 2014, and announced on sky.com/qantas also on qantas.com.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed on 10 July 2014, a second draw will be held at midday on 11 July 2014 by Recipe at 26 Market Place London W1W 8AN, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winner determined in accordance with clause 11 will be notified by e-mail by 15 July 2014.
