  1. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw titled VIP Trip to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. No purchase is necessary. Please enter your name, email address and contact details in the spaces provided. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the closing date of 09/06/2014. Only one entry per person or email address is allowed.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the UK. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of the Promoter or their immediate families, nor to any other person connected with the prize draw.
  3. There will be one prize winner, who will win prize includes four top price tickets to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, one show programme, one glass of champagne per person in the interval, a pre-theatre meal at Sophie’s Steakhouse, overnight stay in two twin or double rooms (including B&B) at One Aldwych, afternoon tea at One Aldwych for four people, one Biscuiteers Charlie and the Chocolate Factory biscuit collection and four vouchers for a Biscuiteers Icing Caf!. Prize is valid from 8 April until 31 August, excluding school holidays. Vouchers and tin will be sent out once Biscuiteers has the address of the winner. Biscuiteers will only send the prize to a UK address. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize. Biscuiteers cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred during transit or delays. All prize elements are subject to availability and there is no cash alternative.
  4. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the Prize or offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is non-transferable.
