Posting to un-confirmed paypal address

Hi,
I've just sold two items on e-bay and they have both paid with paypal...
one of them though has an unconfirmed paypal address and i've seen a few people on here saying that they wouldn't post to unconfirmed paypal addresses.. I just want to know what could the potential problems be when i post out this item... item is not worth that much money..
Also i've had to upgrade to a paypal premier account and more money has been deducted from the money i was sent.. I assume a few people have them, is there a charge when you transfer money from paypal to your bank..
Thanks in Advance.
Mark.

If the item is of low value I wouldn't worry too much about posting to an unconfirmed PayPal address. If you obtain a certificate of posting that will cover you up to £34 should the item go missing.
Yeah most established sellers will have a premier or business PayPal account. There is I think a 25p fee if you withdraw less than £50 to your bank account. Anything over that is free.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
If the item isn't particularly valuable, I'd chance it.
In essence, if you don't post to a confirmed address, you invalidate all paypal seller protection. This means that if someone does a fraudulent credit card chargeback against you, there's nothing you can do, and paypal will just take the money off you.
I think you pay 25p or something to withdraw money from your account, unless the amount is £50+.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Thank you Fay and Razorbladekisses...
I was hoping to avoid the premier account because it was another way you pay fees on what you sold i.e e-bay fees and now that charge..
I was charged 80p twice, i only got paid about £18.00 for each for game, i will wait until my paypal balance gets above £50 when transfer it to my bank.
The addresses are both in Newcastle in Down, i'm assuming that its Co.Down in Ireland and that because they are both in U.K i wouldn't pay any extra postage.. I forgot to put i would only post to U.K in the listing so thank god they don't live any further afield than that:dance:
Thanks Again
