Problems with EE
Hello I took out a new EE contract over a year ago and I've had nothing but problems since.
My EE sim card has never had a signal in the house and li mited signal when i have been outside. EE sent a replacement sim and it was still the same.
EE say they cannot see any problems there end, I have been to the local EE shop who said they cannot do anything and I would have to put up with it till my contract ends.
I have got 30 day contract sim with Talkmobile and I have never had any problems them.
However I cannot get anyone from EE to sort out the problem with there contract. They just seem happy to take my money every month and leave me to suffer.
Is there anyway I can cancel this contract early without having to pay the contract off or get someone to finally fix this problem as it is leaving me stressed and costing me a lot of money for a sim card I cannot use?:mad::mad:

That's why you should never commit to a long contract without checking the signal first. Or, at least, you should have cancelled the contract during the first 14 days instead of letting them give you runaround.
http://ee.co.uk/help/accounts-billing-and-topping-up/terms-and-conditions/ee-terms-and-conditions/returns/retail-returns-policywe do offer a 14 day return on our products if you are experiencing coverage issues or our coverage does not meet your expectation. You'll have 14 calendar days from when you join or upgrade, including the day of original purchase
