Sun holiday final invoice , £107?? butlins?

Hi,

Booked a sun holiday a few days ago for butlins minehead in august..
Paid the £60 and have just recieved a final invoice from them saying I still have £107to pay by 18th may.

The email also said at the start, when it tells you all the details and names etc that all the passes and linen are included. The amount owing was in a seperate box at the end.

I take this to mean the 107 is for something else, e.g. service charges and some other stuff? But what? its got to be for the passes?

What do you reckon?

Thanks

The invoice will have a breakdown of costs on it -if it still isn't clear it may be worth ringing Butlins (number is on the invoice) to ask for the breakdown.

Yes it usually would break it down, so phone them to find out for sure.

They usually charge for gas/electric (service charge) per night
Entertainment passes per person. These are optional and you can have them removed from invoice if you aren't using the relevant facilities
They also usually add on linen- again you can have this removed and just take your own.

I had the same thing. Originally booked half board but when I got invoice they wanted £280 on top of the £60 I had paid. Have now taken that off but still £167 to pay!!! Also mine is for early July so not even school hols grrr

Service Charge£11 per unit per night per break
Entertainment Plus Passes £15 per person per break

Total to pay should be either £93 (3 nights) or £104 (4 nights) so not sure where £107 comes from. The invoice should detail exactly what it's for - what does it say?

Remember you can take off the linen and entertainment passes...

even if you keep them on £170 for Butlins in August is a great price

Mine has cost £260 for 4 with food for May 30th 3 nights, though I had to take passes and linen off to minimise the cost :O
