Non-paying bidder dispute

Hi everyone. Just a quick question. I have opened a dispute against a non-paying bidder on 2nd July. So far they have not responded, and, to be honest I dont think they will. They won the item on 24th June and I have heard nothing since despite e-mails. What happens next? Do e-bay close the dispute after so long or do I have to do it myself?
Thanks
Thanks

The buyer has 8 days in which to respond. After that you are free to close the dispute.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

You have to do it yourself, it isn't automatic. The only automatic part is after 90 days it is closed, then with no refund of fees..0 -
Thanks folks. Will wait for the 8 days to be up and then close the dispute.0

If after the 8 days they still haven't responded then check the box that says 'I feel I have no choice but to end communication with the buyer' or something to that effect, can't remember it's exact wording. Your annoying little non payer will be issued with an unpaid item strike and you will get back you final value fee.0
