can i claim harges on accounts that have been pasted on to debt collectors

i have accounts from barclaycard halifax gold card egg cardargos cardonline finance (car purchase)black horse (car purchase)all of which have been past on to debt collection agencys will i be able to ask for my charges back on these accounts or have i had it .i have also had bank charges from bank accounts at halifax , lloyds and bank of scotland all of which im in the process of trying to reclaim chargesany help would be appreciated
