I'm a bit confused about what the process is.
Our solicitor advised that we need to get this application in ASAP to ensure we can get things moving smoothly.
We met with an IFA earlier this year who confirmed affordability but although he's done HTB applications before, wasn't really well versed in it and advised that we'd have to complete and submit the application ourselves - is this right? And if so, where do we get the application form and who do we submit it too??
We are probably going to use another IFA who has more experience in HTB mortgage applications but unfortunately he's on holiday today so can't advise and we need to move quite quickly on this.
Any advise/info would be much appreciated.

Hi there,
I went through the HTB Scotland scheme.
My IFA submitted the application on our behalf and the acceptance was sent direct to me for data protection reasons and as soon as our IFA was in receipt of this could put through the full application.
Link housing are dealing with all applications
http://linkhousing.org.uk/our-services/find-a-property/buyers-guides/shared-equity/help-to-buy-scheme/
and they have an online application form on that page.
Hope this helps0 -
