Hello,
Where could I start reading a bit about current state of London's real estate market - what it is like now, what are future forecasts etc etc.
I know that this is not exact science, and that opinions will differ, so if you could point me in a general direction where I could start reading, that would be great
P.S. I thinking of planning of buying something in a couple of years time, but for now i'd like to read this, just because im curious:)
Thanks!

There's a separate board on here for house prices.
Everyone has a view on house prices and on what will happen next, but if there was a consensus it would be reflected in the price already.
In general I'd say you are better off just reading a quality newspaper and making up your own mind. Buying a house is not a purely financial decision.0 -
I've just found that other board, will have a read.
And as I said, I'm just interested about what people talk, as I wont be making this decision for couple of years.
