I'm only relatively new, but in my opinion and from experience so far on here, everyone is made welcome, and people have a variety of different backgrounds, situations and life experiences. We all have the same goal, to be free of debt, and can learn so much from each other, and offer support and kindness when needed.
Welcome, and good luck with your debt free journey

None of us who have disabilities and health problems have chosen to be like we are. We are lucky to live in a society that does support those in need.
We're in a completely different situation to fit and healthy people who chose to manipulate the benefit system to avoid working.0 -
Thanks for your kind words. I will sort my soa tonight and get some help. xxlove you lots like jelly tots0

Look forward to your SOA0 -

Hello there,
A large percentage of callers to our charity are from folks that are in receipt of state benefits for one reason or another. As the others have mentioned, all we're keen on is helping you find the most effective way to become debt-free. Do get your SOA posted up as I've already got a couple of ideas in my mind which could be useful for you.
Very best wishes,

Hi.
I personally love the No Spend Challenge and the extra payment a week challenge. Everybody has been lovely and encourage each other. I am on working tax credits only and I've had a few sarky comments about people on benefits!Penny wise pound foolish. 366 days 1p challenge 2020/21/22/23 completed.
No.13 1p a day challenge 2024
No. 24 52 week savings challenge completed August 24

I am a bit under weather tonight so no soa. I did peek at challenges board earlier though and have decided every Monday to round down accounts to nice round numbers and overpay something. Did that today 27.81 off cc xxlove you lots like jelly tots0
