Platform Fund Discounts

I've just received an email today from Fidelity giving details of their discounts on certain funds on their platform. Interesting to see how it compares to HL's discounts they've negotiated. So far it does look like HL have got better rates but I wonder how long for.
So for example:
Aberdeen Latin american
HL 0.6%
Fidelity 0.875%
Fidelity is 0.275% more
Aberdeen Asia Pacific
HL 1%
Fidelity 0.875%
HL is 0.125% more
The discounts are very much more limited for Fidelity and only cover a few fund groups. However from this quick glance it seems that it isn't consistent which platform is cheaper. I was expecting HL to be cheaper but from these 2 funds that obviously isn't the case across the board.

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Interesting, thank you.
Do you happen to have the full comparison available?0 -

Separate to this they seem to have a 'super clean' P class of their newly extended own tracker range, tracking the following indices and with these OCFs.
FTSE all share: 0.09%pa
MSCI Europe exc UK: 0.16%pa
S&P 500: 0.09%pa
MSCI Pacific exc Japan: 0.2%pa
MSCI Japan: 0.15%pa
MSCI Emerging Markets: 0.27%pa
MSCI World Index: 0.18%pa
Fidelity's FTSE all share tracker (formerly called Fidelity Moneybuilder UK index fund) has historically shown a high additional tracking difference from the FTSE all share index net of its OCF. So that would be a slight question mark over these funds, will the same thing happen there?I came, I saw, I melted0 -
I've decided to stay with Fidelity for the next year as I still hold the dirty class HSBC funds. I've took a punt on the Fidelity Emerging markets fund P as its only 5% of my portfolio but would concur historically Fidelity incur significant tracking errors compared to Blackrock and Vanguard.0
