ISA Roll number

Hi trying to transfer to Santanders ISA and need my "roll number" for my existing ISA. Can anyone give me a clue how to find this? It won't let me print the ISA transfer form until I fill this box in!

    I seem to recall you could try eight zeroes, I think this worked for me with a building society account.
