Model Agency feeling duped as wanmt more money from another company but part of same

Help needed pls, paid £189 to a Modelling agent and they want another £149 to join another agencies books but after reading on Internet and chacking addresses part of same group.Any idea where i stand about getting a credit card refund as feel really conned by these people and its for my daughter whos only 15 months.

I would contact the credit card company and ask for a recharge. Say that you have been conned. They will then reclaim the amount from the company on your behalf. Credit card companies are jointly liable for the goods/services provided by their merchants.
