Hi people.
i was a carer for an elderly lady until i resigned recently.i received a parking fine(parked on double yellow lines with my employers blue badge)when i looked at the badge it was expired!
i have appealed, the authority says"sent us picture of renewed badge and we will review"Thats where we are at now.
however due to confidential issues i have resigned from work.
The family say if it has to be paid i must pay half the fine.
whose responsibility is it, the car owner or the owner of the blue badge
many thanks
