Parking Collection Services (Debt Recovery Plus Ltd T/As) - ANPR Parking Services

I have received the under mentioned Notice To Keeper because my vehicle allegedly was involved in a breach of the terms and conditions of parking on private land. I have already sent the first appeal letter to Parking Collection Services as per the template in post #1 dated 10.11.2013 in the NEWBIES faq's. I also inserted a sentence at the end of the letter for them to give me the exact company name and registration number of their client.
I am now putting together the second stage appeal to POPLA as the first appeal will probably be rejected by PCS.

I will of course post the draft appeal to POPLA for review/comments by the forum experts but in the meantime wonder if there is anything obvious/unusual in the NtK that I should be aware of. Many thanks for any comments anybody can make to help me in the appeal.

Edit:

I have had to delete the copies of the RtK as I am a new user - is there any way that they can be viewed in the forum by the experts?.

Apologies for any trouble - first time I have ever posted on a forum!!

If you upload them to a photo site then post the links, just delete the http://www. part.

PCS won't send you a POPLA code, they can't because they are not the PPC. They will reject and will pretend the driver should have appealed and that you were too late (it's a lie). So read other PCS threads and get ready to complain to the BPA about PCS and ANPR PS not sending a POPLA code with a rejection to the keeper.

Doing a POPLA appeal now is getting a little ahead of yourself, this won't happen yet with 'ANPR PS' and PCS.

    Many thanks.

I have uploaded them to Photobucket and used the "direct link" in share this image box, copied them to this thread and deleted the
"http://" - however when I press the preview post button the error "Sorry as a new user you are not allowed to post with links" still appears.

Apologies again if I seem to be doing something wrong.

Don't direct link, just use the standard url without the http://www part of the link

I hope the above is the correct link. I have substituted with XXXX what appears to be my name - can the correct letters be ok in the link?

Doesn't work with xxxxxxxxx. Maybe host them again using an account where you call yourself 1505grandad?

Those both appear to be the front of the NtK - is there anything on the reverse - if so post a broken link to the back

I seem to be making a hash of things and thank you for your patience - I am not sure what "post a broken link" means but please feel free to let me know if this is not the way to do it.
