Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum, I spent ages trying to find the right one, I'm giving up.
I just bought the Amazon deal £8 for £16 to spend on train tickets via redspottedhanky.
But I have been trying for hours now to log onto their website or even register but it is not working!
I tried several internet browers, not working.
I have used that website before and it was working.
Anyone experiencing same problem?
Should I contact them or try again tomorrow?
Thank you.

I assume you mean the RSH web-site?

It is still not working for me, I try to sign in, register, I still get:

I use Chrome and safari, same deal.
    What did you use?

The sort of message you describe sometimes happens if you go to a link which is faulty. Have you tried http://www.redspottedhanky.com/ and then navigated the site to the offer page you want?

I still can't see my £16 and it has been 72 hours now, where are they supposed to appear?
The personal details page still shows the offer validation code i entered
