Giving notice on contract

My contract comes up for renewal in a few months, if I want to give notice do I have to wait until the renewal date or can I contact them 30 days before that date to say I want to cancel?

I'm with Orange / EE i that makes a difference

You can contact them 30 days before. If you left it until the end of the minimum term, you would have to give another 30 days notice at that point.
  • Cheers thought I could, will be glad to be rid of contract phones forever
