ADVISE needed ASAP!!!

 Really need some advice asap!!! bought the d500 (free) about 10 days ago from mobile shop internet seemed like a good deal it was on orange OVP Relax 100 =(100xnetmins) £23 month get 5 months half price line rental£11.50 works out at £218 over year Just seen post for bargain d500 on orange ovp 200 (200mins) on esave for only £4.99x12 months so that means you are getting an extra 100mins more at half the cost!
I have 14 day trial of phone whatever that means??? I have used the phone but not downloaded anything on to it, should I contact orange & see if they can match/change offer or do I need to contact mobile internet shop & state seen better offer or just return phone ??? also in agreement says you can alter contract after 6 months does that mean I could downgrade monthly payments? I will hardly use the phone so want the cheapest contract as pos!

    Returns Policy:

A 14 day trial period is offered with Orange & 3 (Hutchinson 3G) mobile phones.

You are able to use the mobile phone, but should you wish to cancel the contract and return the goods under the trial period you will be liable for the payment of any calls or messages.

Be aware that £4.99 per month contract is likely to be more complicated with redemption (cashback). Read carefully T&C!

you have really scared me, in what way is it complicated.
is it not just straightforward cashback at month 6 and 12?
    Nice to save.

T&C vary for different retailers. There is also some (small) risk involved if retailer goes bust as it happend with Forward Cellural for example.
