Pruning trees advice
There are 2 large (I think ash trees) in my neighbours garden, that overhang into my garden. Today two large branches have fallen down, luckily no one hurt as children normally play there.
So I would like to cut these branches off that overhang.
I have spoken to neighbour, they are ok with it, just said sorry, but they dont have the time/money to do it.
We dont want to do it orselves, due to height and no knowledge LOL
So I am going to call a tree surgeon, but need advice, what sort of costs are involved in this - they are big truncated trees, and have alot of branches hanging over our garden.
Is there anything else I need to consider.

It is entirely legal for you to chop any vegetation that overhangs your garden, so long as you offer it back to the neighbour for firewood.
To get the job done, you're looking at several hundred quid - at least £200, judging by our last experience with the tree surgeon.0
