Accepting bids from buyers

Is it possible in your listing to set a requirement that buyers have to e-mail you first before bidding?

    You're probably thinking about pre-approved bidders... and I think ebay put a stop to that.

    You can put it in the listing text, but not enforce it automatically.
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
