TMTI, who are they, why are the taking my money and how do I get it back?

Hi all
I've just gone to cancel a DD and noticed this other DD for TMTI. I've gone on their website but I'm still not really sure who they are. The worst part is they have been taking money from my account since Feb 2011 and I have never even noticed. I don't know how!
The date doesn't coincide with taking out a phone contract or anything and I haven't ever received correspondence from them.
I want to find out more about my rights and who the heck they are before I call them.
Any advice will be useful.
