Thanks for your email. I've just checked the settings for our entry forms and it's definitely a separate form (my first thought was perhaps the form was duplicated from an old competition and if you'd entered that one it would stop you from entering this one).

It limits your entries to one per IP address which as far as I'm aware is unique to each device. Has anyone else used the same computer/phone/tablet to enter? Even if it's a separate email address it would still say that you've entered. I guess to stop people entering as many times as they like with different email addresses.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the details of entrants to check if yours has submitted successfully, I can only see the number of entrants. But there have been a good number of people enter so far so thankfully it's not that the form is not working at all.

Let me know if you think someone else has already entered from the PC, phone or tablet that you entered on. Or perhaps if you have a separate device you could try entering from see if that works. Let me know how you get on and we'll go from there.

Thanks for the tip amsquared. I just tried to enter this on my phone, and it worked.

I've had identical email to amsquared. They don't accept any problem at their end. Tried from pad (dont use at all for comping ) and still no luck
