Halifax Student Account?? Confused!

I have just received a letter from Halifax, saying they require a "Letter of Acceptance from your university" to confirm student status before they complete my application for a student account! Now is that the letter you get when you have got your A level results in August or is something I can pull off Ucas website??
Please help?

If you have an unconditional offer then it's the letter from your uni.
If you don't then you can't apply until you have a firm offer (so after your results come through)No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
If it is a standard UCAS application then you should have got a letter from the Unis which offered you a place (whether it be conditional or unconditional).
The letter from UCAS which shows your firm and insurance choices will also do.
