ebay-what to do next!

Hi I have an ebay problem I would really like your opinions on, please...
I sold an item recently for 99p, plus £2,25 postage. She got a real bargain, it was worth at least £5, probably £10, but I am not bothered by that at all. When the buyer paid via paypal, she asked me to write on the parcel for the postman to leave itover the garden gate if she was not in.
I replied that I could not do this, as it was inviting the parcel to go missing, but suggested she could leave a note for her postman when she thought it would e arriving, if indeed she would be out. I had no reply to that.
A couple of days later, I got this email from her:
'have had note from postman re this delivery which i am now still awaiting, he must have tried to deliver when i was out- as i thought so now chasing it. therefore unable to leave you feedback- i may have to go to delivery holding place in next town to collect it which is obviously inconvenient for me. shall let you know if and when i get the parcel otherwise you may find it returned to you. '
I sent a reply saying :
Hi there, glad it has nearly reached you.
As I replied to you. I cant leave directions for where the postman can leave things, he can only leave things where he considers safe, or by following your instructions, as I suggested.
Hope you are able to arrange convenient delivery soon, I think if you contact the sorting office they can deliver it on a day to suit you, or to your local post office even.
I got the following reply:
'have spent ages trying to get thru to royal mail - sorry but have not got time to wait on end of phone line - which is what i have been doing- with nobody picking up. can't use website as postman has not left any ref nos for parcel!
i don't see postman as am at work- or on school run to talk to him about deliveries, however all parcels/ packages are usually left over gate- not so with yours! thought internet shopping was meant to be convenient. as i said before can't keep chasing this so if i have no luck soon it will be returned to you- if so please refund me cost of item, it seems the easiest option
A few days later, I decided to just refund her the whole amount (all £3 of it!!), and asked her to let me know if she receives it, at which point she might like to do the decent thing and pay me!
I have since emailed her twice, asking if the parcel has arrived as it hasnt been returned to me, but have had no reply.
Obviously I am not particularly worried about the money, but I am really annoyed by her-I think she is tempermentally unsuited to ebaying!
So what should I do-leave her some filthy feedback, and risk getting some back (I have a 100% feedback with nearly 2000 feedbacks) or just let it go?
TIA!

Why did you refund her?
It is her problem if she doesn't bother herself to pick up the parcel!
I had a Recorded Delivery sent back to me a few months back - the Buyer went on holiday, expecting the parcel to be pushed through the letter box.
I resent it to her after she paid me a second time for the postage.
As you say - some folks are unsuitable buyers!0 -
I refunded her basically because I couldnt believe how agressive she was being and I didnt want to receive any more of her threatening, moaning emails.“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” Charles M Schulz0

It could be that she did it to get the item for free!
If you leave her neg feedback she is liable to do the same to you - although with a 2000 positive feedback it will barely touch your score.
For the small amount of money you lost I would just forget it to keep your 100%.0 -
sounds like a lazy mare tell her to have her butler pick it up0

I emailed her yesterday to find out if she has now received this parcel-got the following reply:
as i said before i don't have time to chase packages- to collect them. hoewver i did finally manage to through on phone and rearrange delivery but the parcel has still not arrived. i am away now for a week so shall not be able to take it in anyway. i've pretty much given up on it so it will prob end up back with you- you have already re embursed me for it tho. i shall let you know if it ever arrives and re pay you the money back.
WHat a grumpy so and so!
