The Facebook competition (the “Facebook Competition”) will run from 09.00 GMT on Monday 17th February 2014 to 23.59 GMT on Sunday 23rd February 2014 (inclusive).
To enter the Facebook Competition, Entrants must A) Like Liz Earle on Facebook; and Comment on one of the two Competition Posts (which will have the title ‘The secret is out!’) with the required information, to be entered and eligible to win.
The Facebook Competition can only be entered through Facebook; entries via third parties will not be accepted. No purchase necessary.
No maximum number of entries per person per day.
Valid entries from all of the Facebook Posts uploaded by the Promoter will be entered into a single prize draw to win one of 100 Liz Earle skincare prizes of varying degrees of value (as set out below) or a weekend break to the Isle of Wight.
Competition Facebook Post 1 will remain live from 09:00 GMT on the day of posting (Monday 17th February) until 23:59 GMT the following Sunday (23rd February 2014).
Competition Facebook Post 2 will remain live from 09:00 GMT on the day of posting (Thursday 20th 2014) until 23:59 GMT the following Sunday (23rd February 2014).
Winners will be randomly selected by Tuesday 25th February 2014 and will be notified via a comment from Liz Earle on the Competition entry comment left on the Competition post by 17:00 GMT on 26th February 2014 (the "Message").
Winners must provide a full name, a full postal address and confirmation of date of birth to be eligible to receive their prize.
If within 28 days of the date the Message being sent the Promoter's Administrator has had no contact from a Winner to claim the prize, then the Promoter has the right to pick another Winner from all valid entries. Non-winners will not be notified.
The selection of the Winners is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winners will be allocated prizes as follows:
The Winners will receive any one of the following prizes: 10 x Liz Earle Ultimate Hampers, 10 x Liz Earle Ultimate Facial Vouchers, 10 x Liz Earle Skincare Essentials sets, 10 x Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish 100ml Starter Kits, 10 x Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser 50ml Starter Kits and 1 x weekend break to the Isle of Wight including travel, accommodation and meals for up to 4 people, up to the value of £3,000. Prizes (aside from the weekend trip) will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of full name and postal address and once both competitions have come to an end.
No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter and the Promoter's Administrator will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the prize beyond their control.
