    T&Cs

    Prize package terms and conditions:

    a) The prize is valid for next year’s (2015) Oscar’s ceremony only. Winners must redeem their Prize at the time of the 2015 Oscars. Ceremony dates TBC. We expect dates of ceremony and therefore expected dates of travel to be confirmed by 8th April. Failure by the winner to be able to take up the prize within this time period will result in loss of Prize.

    b) Bleacher seat tickets are only for the red carpet and not for the actual Oscars ceremony. Tickets are subject to further security clearance from the academy once the winner is selected. If the winner does not pass the security checks then they will forfeit the entire prize package and it will be allocated to another winner.

    c) Mode of travel used will be entirely dependent on the winners distance from the airport and the most time efficient method available, which may include train travel

    d) Flight dates TBC. Includes all taxes, surcharges and luggage fees

    e) Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers

    f) Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21. Hotel will be booked from Saturday 21st February for 3 nights

    g) For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy
    h) Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply

    8. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
