Money loser with First Capital Connect

In a nutshell. Ordered tickets online 3 weeks before travel date. Tickets never received by post. FCC assured me I could collect replacement tickets from station office on day of travel. Ticket office clerk refused to issue 'cos of 'admin error'. Had to buy new tickets.
Sent all proof/receipts of double expenditure (in writing) to FCC 'Customer Services'. No response/refund.
Can anyone advise me of the name of the FCC CEO/MD and his/her address?
