Soft closed funds and 'clean' equivalents
atypical

I'm looking to transfer my ISA as cash from HL to Charles Stanley.
I hold Aberdeen Emerging Markets equity which I know is soft closed and shows a 2% initial charge on HL:
http://www.hl.co.uk/funds/fund-discounts,-prices--and--factsheets/search-results/a/aberdeen-emerging-markets-equity-accumulation
The 'clean' equivalent on Charles Stanley shows no initial charge:
https://www.charles-stanley-direct.co.uk/ViewFund?Sedol=3322756
Is this normal? Is the clean equivalent not soft closed?
Thanks.

Could it be that they have had so much outflow, that they have temporarily relaxed their closure?0
