My parents signed up to Sky fibre broadband on 5th November 2013 and have been paying Sky for their services however O2 have debited their account on the 29th November and 3rd January for services up until January 2014. O2 say that they were with them until 7th January 2014.
What can I do to get their account refunded with the amounts which should not have been debited?
As I type this I am currently having a live web chat with an O2 representative.

Sorry for the delay in responding but things have been rather hectic since I last posted. O2 have agreed to refund the money via cheque in 14 days and admitted their mistake.
