Advice needed please

I have just found out that a frozen group company pension scheme that i paid into for 10 years was voluntarily wound up (apparently a notice was put in the London Gazette?). My last statement was received shortly after i left the company.
I have had no communication from any of the trustees ,but I'm still at the same address with the same phone number that I had when I left the company. Would my entitlement have been transferred to another scheme or is it likely that I will need to chalk this down to experience and write it off?
If I can dig out the details of the scheme and the company name I believe that there is a government pension tracing service that I can use.
