I have just found out that a frozen group company pension scheme that i paid into for 10 years was voluntarily wound up (apparently a notice was put in the London Gazette?). My last statement was received shortly after i left the company.
I have had no communication from any of the trustees ,but I'm still at the same address with the same phone number that I had when I left the company. Would my entitlement have been transferred to another scheme or is it likely that I will need to chalk this down to experience and write it off?
If I can dig out the details of the scheme and the company name I believe that there is a government pension tracing service that I can use.

Your pension should have been transferred to another scheme.
By Group pension", do you mean "Group Personal Pension" under which you would have had a pot of money invested in funds? In that case the pot of money should remain intact continuing to increase in value in line with its investments. And you should have received annual statements.0 -
