This is a dumb question but I have opened a S&S ISA with a provider I am less than happy with. After 3 months of attempting to give them my money I have given in and want to use another provider. Is it OK to open another account and cancel this one given that I have not used it at all? I am sure I haven't breached the rules but I don't want the HMRI to say different!
