I'm currently selling my house to move into rented accomodation and will have £20k equity from it.
Due to illness I'm on ESA and understand that the ESA payments will stop because I'll have over £16k savings?
Will I be able to get any help with rent housing payments or would my £20k savings mean I don't qualify?
Thanks for any help

It appears you won't qualify because of your savings.0
