Hi, I have receuved my D500 (on orange) from e2save today and understand that the contract has itemised billing at a cost of £1.50 a month. I'd like to disable this can someone tell me who i should call and what to request.

thanks

do you still get a bill if you disable the itemised bill? as i understand it, you will need a bill to claim back the cashback.

dial 150 (orange customer services) and ask them to remove itemised billing. also cancel the 1 month free orange world trial (unless you want to keep it a £4 a month after the first month)

Do you still get 2 pages as e2save t&c for cashback ask for the first two pages of your bill.

    i;m a bit curious.
orange are matching this plan to vodafone.
i spoke to vodafone today, they do not charge at all for itemised billing.
so can orange charge for this
    or
is it e2save that are charging for the itemised billing?
    Nice to save.

    you should do.

the front page lists the line rental charges, the back of the first page lists orange contact details. the second page basically lists the same thing again plus tells you how much of your inclusive minutes you have used and how many you have for the next month.
