Fast.co.uk bb

Hi I am trying to find a new bb isp.

I tried unsuccesfully to connect with Virgin bb in March but was unable to establish a connection with BT blaming Virgin & Virgin blaming BT.
I reverted back to dial up but am now ready to try again.

I have read good reviews of Fast especially their helpline (which is essential for me) can they really be that good?

Has anybody any other recommendations or comments?
