Capital One advert about Identity Fraud

in Credit cards
Maybe I've just become an old fart but having been a victim of credit card crime and finding the credit card companies, the retailers and the police all totally without interest, I find that new Capital One advert just adding to the impression that credit card fraud/identity fraud is just a bit of a laugh and like some kind of cuddly crime.
And this from the company that sends out those stupid credit card cheques when you haven't even asked for them.
Sorry, I know it's not relevant to money saving but just thought I'd vent off in here.

What was the tagline: "Who's in your wallet?"The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0

also on the advert, have you noticed how its NOT in an indian call centre!
everytime you phone up, you talk to the indian call centre.
makes me laugh to watch the advert as if they really care.0 -
When I last called Capital One it was a UK call centre. I've found no difference in UK or Indian call centres in any case, both can be as useless if you've got any query that isn't in their script.0
