By submitting an entry, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. The “Win a Trip to Queensland, Where Australia Shines with Trailfinders” prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) commences on 7 January 2014 at 10:00 (GMT) and ends on 7 February 2014 at 23.59 (GMT).
2. To be eligible, entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees and Directors of the Promoters or agencies associated with the Prize Draw, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, the entrant must correctly answer the question specified on the Prize Draw website, www.mailonline.co.uk/queensland, and complete the entry details. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The Grand Prize is an 8 night Queensland holiday for two people (with a value of £4,200) including:
   • 2 x economy Qantas flights from London Heathrow to Brisbane and from Cairns to London Heathrow;
   • 1 night at the 4 star Traders hotel in Brisbane;
   • 2 day/1 night rail journey aboard the new Spirit of Queensland enjoying the new RailBed service;
   • 2 nights at the 3 star Discovery Hotel in Cairns; and
   • 4 nights at the 4 star QT Port Douglas hotel.
5. All other costs, expenses and arrangements are for the responsibility of the prize winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel visa. Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoters recommend that the prize winner obtain comprehensive insurance.
6. There will be one prize winner who will be selected by random electronic draw on Wednesday 12 February 2014.
7. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided by Monday 17 February 2014 and the name and county of the prize winner will be posted on: www.experiencequeensland.com/iss/uk/competitions/competitions_home.cfm.
8. If the prize winner does not contact Tourism and Events Queensland to redeem their prize within 2 weeks of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoters may elect to select another prize winner from other entries (again selected in a random draw).
9. The prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash.
10. The prize is valid for travel from 1 March 2014 to 30 November 2014, subject to availability. Travel is not permitted over the periods 9th to 25th April 2014 and 10th to 18th November 2014. Prize must be booked by 31 March 2014 and at least 14 days in advance of departure.
11. 11. Bookings must be made through the Qantas Commercial Support Team, who will issue all tickets. Changes cannot be made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued.
12. Travel must be via the most direct route to Brisbane, as identified by the Qantas booking agent. Flights are valid on Qantas operated services only. They are not valid for travel on codeshare services or regional services operated by Qantas subsidiaries.
13. An upgrade cannot be purchased on the flight tickets with cash or Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Qantas Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flights.
14. Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ and Trailfinders’ General Conditions of Carriage and booking conditions.
15. The Promoters will not be responsible for any winner failing to redeem the prize for reasons such as unsuccessful visa application.
16. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept that the Promoters may use your name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes without the payment of any fee. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept that the Promoters will be capturing personal information including your email address.
17. The Promoters’ decision concerning any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoters shall be entitled to cancel the prize and itinerary without notice should the prize winner or travel companions engage in any inappropriate, illegal or immoral behaviour, use excessive alcohol, artificial stimulants or illegal drugs, or act in any manner which brings the Promoters or any person or organization involved in the Prize Draw into public disrepute.
19. The determination and decision of the Editor(s) of the Mail Online on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Editor(s) reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the Prize Draw and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website of the Promoters/Mail Online, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Prize Draw materially affecting the result of the Prize Draw or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the Prize Draw or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
20. No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to paragraph 22 below), the Promoters/Mail Online hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) relating to this Prize Draw and/or the prize.
22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoters’/Mail Online’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of their negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
23. The Editor(s) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Prize Draw.
24. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
26. The Promoters are Tourism and Events Queensland and Trailfinders, who are responsible for all elements of prize fulfilment. How on earth can you submit a phone number??? won't let me enter!! Keeps saying:

It worked for me by putting a space after the first 5 numbers. I used a mobile number and it worked.
