Vivus - won't take my money

I have a payment plan in place with Vivus to clear my loan, and I can't praise this company enough for how get they were in terms of communication, my options, setting up the plan. All hunky dory.
Except I keep having to chase them to actually take the money from my account. I emailed them yesterday to remind them again and it's still sitting there.
Anyone else got this problem? What can I do? I'm not going to spend the funds obviously, but it's frustrating having to keep on at the to actually get their own money back!

Can you change your repayment method to be by standing order?
If they will send you the relevant bank details then you can set this up and will therefore know that the money has been paid.
Having said that if they are taking by DD currently and you reminded them yesterday, if they set up the DD at that point it would take a couple of days to action.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
They take payment by card - I suggested DD but they seem to just want card payments, which is fine, if they'd actually take them! Will try again with the DD - although as there are only 3 more payments after this one.0
