Hi
I can't help you with a cashback site but I can tell you that the internet we receive from them is fine we have never had connection problems. However we have huge problems paying them....... We have tried to set up a direct debit many times and they still keep sending stropey letters telling us they will cut us off. We then pay it over the phone but it can get pretty frustrating and I don't think we will go with them again when we move next month.
I hope that helps a bit.;)0 -

have you considerd Toucan? quidco will give you £40 for taking their broadband & phone, + you get a £10 bill credit for an online application (if you can get online elsewhere) & if you can find someone else who is with them and put them down as referer you both get a further £25 bill credit.0
