Rail Rises Up To 5% But No Morning Commute Service - I Give UP!

So rail fares are going up this week by up to five per cent (season tickets risen by 20%) under this 'Govt' costing us slaving commuters hundreds of extra pounds we don't have -and I still have to drive 14 miles to the next station as my nearest one is just down road but FGW morning service doesnt' stop there - even tho loads of us want to go into the city to work at that time. Stops there other (un-useful) times!! Why can't gov stand up to these sharks instead of encouraging them and pandering to them while they fleece us on online tickets, not-possible refunds and getting in trouble at work over cancellations and late arrivals. Sick of it now! - hitting passengers with inflation fuelling ticket hikes of up to 9%. After election, slashing cuts for us will only get worse for us, but no cuts for these monster utilities! Just wondering if anyone has successfully requested a new 'stop' for a train service? and would they listen?

Might be worth speaking with your local council to see if they are willing to talk with FGW (and offering some money)

Whilst sympathising, it's the government by and large who dictate the level of services that 'these sharks' provide
