Not sure what to do!

I have recently sold 2 identical nighties (I have twins) to the same buyer.

I sent the parcel last week, having packed it myself.

I have today received a message to say there was only 1 nightie in the parcel (there wasn't as I packed it myself!)

I have sent the buyer a message to find out whether the parcel was damaged (in case it had fallen out), but as yet they haven't replied.

What should I do?

Many thanks

Donna

I personally would get their contact details from Ebay and phone them to sort this out. Use link below.

    Hi

I have looked at her recent purchases and she bought a single nightie at the same time. I am wondering whether she has got mixed up and was expecting 2 of those!

I'll wait to hear from her.
