Nationwide Select 0% Card

Hi all,

I have a quick question about the Nationwide Select credit card.

The introductory rate is 0% on balance transfers for 26 months and 0% on purchases for 16 months, they both have the same APR after the promotional rates expire.

What im trying to work out is if i can use the card for both, and then just pay off the purchases portion at the end of 16 months to leave the balance transfer at 0%.

The T&Cs say that it pays off the higest interest rates first, and they both have the same promotion and normal rates so not sure how this would apply. Has anyone done this before and can offer any advice?

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
