I got email yesterday and I too cannot print voucher after paying! Hope they sort it soon.

I did not fill out the interest section and I got the email.

I was wondering if it was because I have complained not once but twice about the problems trying to get the M&S vouchers.

At least it is not only me having this problem.

I doubt if it will get sorted out until after Christmas now as they say to allow up to 3 working days for a response to your email.
