Just ordered a coat that my Mum wanted.

Confirmation says it can be collected in store from 10th January 2014.

Anyone know if they've just given a really late date and it'll probably be there earlier or if that's an accurate date?
  • Trying to buy items ,but its not coming up with option to collect from store ,has anybody a link please as on hot deals a few people have said its coming up for them ,thank you
  • Just ordered £200 worth of stuff to be delivered by 3rd Jan and still no free delivery or delivery to store option offered! I hope they don't cancel random items now like they usually do. In the past have also been charged delivery to add on items to an order.

RiverIsland need to catch up with other online stores with their customer service!
  • No I can't order from store either :(
  • there has been a sale on on store all this week
  • No click and collect in store for me either. I suppose they have suspended this due to Christmas/New Year/sales. I've paid the £3.95 delivery charge through gritted teeth and it's due by 3rd January. Nothing urgent. No TCB either :(

Most stores stop you from doing that, saying they have to "process" them before returning to the rails.
This has happened to me at M&S. Not tried at RI.
