Attempted use my Vanquis Gold card this morning, however it was declined. Orders that have been placed on Amazon have yet to be authorised. Have called every number listed online for Vanquis, to enquire as to why payments are not being authorised, however the closest I'm getting is the option menu, then the call ends after I've made a choice. Signed up the forum to see if anybody else is having trouble with there vanquis card.
