Nationwide Balance Transfer Warning

Just a heads up to anyone else in this situation

If you have recently made a balance transfer to a nationwide card there is a chance your DD wont have been taken due to a systems issue at their end

I had a call from them yesterday asking me if i was aware of my arrears, eventually we got it sorted and they refunded the late payment fee, reinstated the 0% BT deal, updated credit file etc etc

They are aware of the issue and sorted it out pretty quickly but you may want to consider sending an extra manual payment as well to avoid the hassle
