B & Q Kitchen

Just thought I would warn anybody thinking of buying a B & Q kitchen not to. We fit, on average, 20 kitchens a year from various suppliers. This is the first one we have done from B & Q ( the customer ordered it) and it will definatly be the last.
The kitchen itself is ok it terms of quality (about the same as a Howdens one) but the aftersales service is terrible. Parts missing, wrong parts delivered, parts damaged and to solve any of it you have to ring a call centre. After 6 attempts today we finally got through only to be told that the parts we need will not be delivered for another 3 weeks. The customer will now not have their kitchen for xmas and is less than impressed.
